With a new year rapidly approaching, we are geared up and ready for another exciting season of camping here at Mountain Lakes! Throughout this past year, we have enjoyed many fun activities and events, as well as a number of wonderful park improvements that have been made.
Last year we had promised members and guests many great activities throughout the year here at Mountain Lakes Resort, and boy we did we deliver! To follow suit, 2019 has a great line up of fun things to do, so start making your plans now! During 2018 OCP updated almost 30 sites to 50 amp service, the Mountain Lakes Café has been reopened and has quickly become a success, new picnic tables were added, WiFi was upgraded, and many other improvements were undertaken. And in the year ahead, projects at Mountain Lakes Resort will be continuing. We will upgrade more sites to 50 amp, we will continue site improvements, we are planning to resurface the outdoor pool, and we are installing a new wastewater plant to service the resort.
Situated on the shoreline of Guntersville Lake, our Mountain Lakes Resort offers very beautiful views. For our first-time guests, we encourage you to just relax and take in the beauty and serenity that Mountain Lakes Resort has to offer.
