Ocean Canyon Properties Announces Bluegrass Festival at Compton Ridge Campground
Ocean Canyon Properties (OCP), a privately owned membership resort and RV camping company, is announcing their first annual Bluegrass festival at their newest acquired park, Compton Ridge Campground and Resort in historic Branson, Missouri.
Taking place May 15-17th, 2015, Compton Ridge will be hosting talented musicians and campers alike, with campers invited to join in with the multiple open mic jam sessions occurring during the weekend. Bands that are scheduled to perform at Compton Ridge include Missouri Boatride, The Farnum Family, Rowand’s Crossing, and The Homestead Pickers. The weekend will be concluded with worship service on 9AM on May 17th. This is Compton Ridge’s first bluegrass festival, following in the rich tradition of one of Ocean Canyon’s other parks, Mountain Lakes Resort, in Langston, AL, which has hosted an annual bluegrass music festival for the past 13 years.
