Healthy Living at Ocean Canyon

Are you looking to get out and become happier and healthier? Well, at OCP we can help with that! Getting out and camping with us is a great way to promote getting healthy and staying fit.

Our resorts are filled with different ways to get fit. Some of our resorts have wonderful walking trails, which you can use to just get the blood pumping with a low-impact stroll or really burn some calories with more high intensity exercising, like jogging. Day or night, our campgrounds are secure, so get out there and move around whenever the mood strikes! Your body will thank you.

Many of our resorts also have organized group exercise, which is great if you are someone who enjoys doing things with others, or need to be held accountable by others to get your exercise in. Different activities we have around our resorts include water aerobics, horseshoes, bocce ball, nature walks, and morning exercise groups. If you have a great idea for a group activity involving exercise, let one of our activity directors know!
