We are members of Ocean Canyon and just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate that you are maintaining your parks and making them enjoyable to stay at. We can tell you are using the maintenance fees to take care of the routine, day-to-day maintenance. We are full-time RV'ers and our home park is Tres Rios. We have been on the road for the past 7 months. What we have seen outside the Ocean Canyon system makes us really appreciate the resorts you have.
